Liverpool beats Man United 7-0 with Gakpo, Nunez, and Salah scoring braces.

In a historic match that will be remembered for years to come, Liverpool utterly demolished their fierce rivals Manchester United with an astonishing 7-0 victory at Anfield. The home side dominate the game from the first whistle, with their attacking prowess proving too much for a lacklustre United side.

The match got off to a flying start, with Liverpool scoring their first goal in just the fifth minute.

Dutch winger Cody Gakpo got the first goal, slotting the ball past United goalkeeper David de Gea after a beautiful cross from Mohamed Salah.

The floodgates had opened and Liverpool continued to pour forward with relentless intent. On the other hand, United struggled to find any rhythm and was constantly on the back foot. It wasn't long before Liverpool doubled their lead, with Spanish striker Abel Ruiz scoring a well-placed header in the 18th minute.

United looked shell-shocked and was struggling to hold on. Liverpool continued to dominate possession, and it wasn't long before they scored their third goal. This time it was the turn of the Egyptian king, Mohamed Salah, who scored a magnificent solo effort in the 30th minute.

United tried to mount a comeback, but Liverpool's defence held firm and they went into halftime with a commanding 3-0 lead.

The second half began much like the first, with Liverpool attacking relentlessly and United struggling to keep up. It wasn't long before Liverpool scored their fourth goal of the match, with Cody Gakpo scoring his second goal in the 55th minute.

United was in complete disarray, and Liverpool continued to take advantage. Spanish midfielder Javi Martinez scored a fifth goal in the 67th minute before Salah scored his second of the game just three minutes later.

The last nail in the coffin arrive in the 85th minute, with substitute Brian Nunez scoring a seventh goal for Liverpool. The young Uruguayan striker had only been on the pitch for a few minutes before he found the back of the net, capping off a sensational performance from Liverpool.

The final whistle blew, and Liverpool had secured a historic 7-0 victory over their arch-rivals. It was an all-around performance that will be remembered for years to come.

Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp was ecstatic after the game, praising his team's performance and hailing the Anfield faithful for their incredible support. "This was an exceptional performance from my players," he said. "They showed great character and determination, and I couldn't be prouder. The fans were incredible today, and I'm sure they'll celebrate this victory for a long time."

On the other hand, Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer was left shell-shocked by his team's performance. "We were outplayed and outclassed today," he said. "There are no excuses. We need to regroup also come back stronger next time."

The result leaves Liverpool sitting pretty at the top of the Premier League table, with United languishing in mid-table. With performances like this, Liverpool looks like serious contenders for the title this season, and it's hard to see anyone stopping them on their current form.
